Carcase Success

We entered a 16 month old Fullblood steer  in the 2009 Noorat Agricultural Show Carcase Competition,held in October. It was awarded 3rd Place against many other breeds and crossbreds. It received 2nd highest points in a Field of 71 entrants for Marbling.

We have available sides of premium Lowline Beef, packaged in meal size portions.

Our Boulevarde Boutique Beef is bred by us, raised on grass and then supplmentary fed to finish. It is delivered by us to be processed at an Abattoir in Geelong and prepared by a butcher at Colac. It can be picked up from Colac or delivered to your door - all part of the service we offer.
